Frequently asked questions

Choosing the right technique, fabric and order size.

What is the difference between hand embroidery and machine embroidery?

Hand embroidery is stitched by a craftsperson and gives depth, texture and the freedom to change detail anywhere on the garment — ideal for bridal, zardozi, aari and one-off pieces. Machine embroidery is faster and perfectly repeatable, which suits logos, uniforms and larger production runs. We offer both and will recommend the right one for your fabric, budget and quantity.

Can you embroider on fabric I supply?

Yes. Most customers send their own fabric or a stitched garment. Tell us the fabric type, whether it is pre-cut or stitched, and the finish you want, so we can advise on the safest technique and framing method.

Do you make samples before bulk production?

Yes. For bulk and boutique orders we develop a sample or swatch first so you can approve the thread, colour, density and placement before the full run begins.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum. A single blouse or one bridal piece is as welcome as a full production run of several hundred garments.

Which embellishments can you work with?

Zari, zardozi, aari, thread work, sequins, beads, stones, crystals, mirrors, cutdana, appliqué, patches and motifs — used individually or combined in one design.

Can you match a design from a photo?

Yes. Send a reference photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is achievable on your fabric, suggest any adjustments, and quote accordingly.
