An embroidery partner your customers never hear about.
Boutiques do not need a supplier with opinions about credit. They need consistent work, on time, that can be re-ordered in four months and still match. That is the job we take on.
BOUTIQUES • MUMBAI

The six things that decide the relationship.
The re-order problem
You sell out of a design, re-order it, and the second batch comes back slightly different. We keep an approved master sample plus locked thread and material specifications, so batch two matches batch one — months later.
Sizes that do not sit right
A motif copied identically across sizes looks wrong on the extremes. We grade motif scale and placement across the run at sampling, so the design sits correctly on an XS and a XXL.
Testing without committing
No minimum order means you can put five pieces of a new design on the floor, see how it sells, and only then commit to fifty. Most boutiques we work with started exactly that way.
Festive season crush
Everyone wants stock in the same eight weeks. Boutiques that brief us in September get their Diwali and wedding-season stock comfortably; those who brief in November get whatever the frames allow.
Your label, not ours
Nothing we produce carries our name. No tags, no stamps, no mention. Your customers see your brand and nothing else.
Margin you can actually plan
Per-piece costing is confirmed before production, with volume breaks stated upfront. No revised numbers halfway through a run.
Four stages, no surprises.
- Send the designA reference, a sketch or a sample garment, with your fabric, target retail price and quantity.
- Costed sampleWe stitch a sample and quote per piece with volume breaks, so you can check the margin before committing.
- Approve and lockOnce you approve, the sample becomes the master. Thread shades and materials are recorded against it.
- Produce and restockBulk runs, and re-orders later against the same locked specification.
- Size-graded batch production across a full size run
- Repeat re-orders matched to an approved master sample
- White-label work with no MKS branding of any kind
- Neckline, yoke, daman, sleeve and dupatta detailing
- Bridal and occasionwear for your higher-margin customers
- Brand labels, woven-look monograms and patch work
- Small test batches before committing to volume
- Festive and wedding-season stock planning
“A boutique lives or dies on whether the second order looks like the first.”
That is why every boutique relationship starts with a master sample, not a conversation about price.

Boutiques questions, answered.
Do you white-label embroidery for boutiques?
Yes, as standard. Nothing we produce carries our name, tags or branding. Your customers see only your label.
What is the minimum order for a boutique?
There is no minimum. Many boutiques start with five pieces of a new design to test how it sells, then scale up once it moves.
Will a re-order match my original batch?
Yes. We retain an approved master sample with locked thread shades and material specifications, so a re-order months later matches the original run.
Can you grade embroidery across different sizes?
Yes. Motif scale and placement are graded across the size run at the sampling stage rather than simply copied, so the design sits correctly on every size.
How far ahead should I plan festive stock?
Brief us by September for Diwali and the November-to-February wedding season. Frames fill quickly once the season starts.
Do you sell the same design to other boutiques?
No. A design developed for you is yours. We do not resell it or offer it to another boutique.
Can you work with my existing tailor or unit?
Yes. Many boutiques send us cut panels for embroidery and have their own tailor stitch the garment afterwards. We work to your panel and placement specifications.
