Translating a sketch into stitch
A drawing does not specify density, thread weight, relief or how a motif behaves on a curve. We interpret the intent, propose a technique, stitch it, and tell you what we would change — before it becomes a production problem.
Fabrics that fight back
Organza, coated fabrics, bias-cut panels, unlined silk, leather trims. Send a swatch first. We test on your actual base rather than promising on a phone call.
Sample-to-bulk drift
The classic failure: a beautiful sample, then a bulk run that does not match it. We lock the specification at approval and produce against the sample, not against a memory of it.
Showcase deadlines are absolute
A show date does not move. We will tell you what is achievable before the date rather than accepting the brief and apologising afterwards.
Grading without distortion
A motif that works on a sample size can sit badly across a graded run. Scale and placement are adjusted per size at the sampling stage.
Confidentiality, taken seriously
Your collection is not published, posted or shown to another client. This is precisely why our own gallery shows technique instead of customer work.

Do you do embroidery sampling for fashion designers?
Yes. Swatch and sample development is the starting point for almost every designer relationship. We test on your actual fabric and share honest photographs and video before anything goes to bulk.
Will my collection stay confidential?
Yes. Designs, samples and collections are never published, posted or shown to other clients. Our gallery deliberately shows technique rather than customer work for this reason.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Confidentiality is our default practice, and we are happy to formalise it in writing if your process requires it.
How do you make sure bulk matches the approved sample?
The approved sample becomes the physical reference and its thread shades and materials are recorded against it. Production is checked against the sample itself, not a photograph.
Can you work on unusual or difficult fabrics?
Usually, but send a swatch first. Coated fabrics, very lightweight bases, bias-cut panels and mixed-material garments each need testing before we commit to a technique.
Do you grade embroidery across a size run?
Yes. Motif scale and placement are adjusted per size at the sampling stage so the design sits correctly across the whole run.
Can you produce for a show or exhibition deadline?
Often yes, depending on complexity and our current load. Contact us early with the date and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
Do you work with designers outside Mumbai?
Yes. Designers across India and internationally work with us by courier, with photographs, video and physical swatches at each approval stage.
