How an order moves from first message to finished piece.
How do I start an embroidery order?
Send a message on WhatsApp at +91 98335 62741 or use the enquiry form with a reference image, your fabric, the garment, quantity and your deadline. We reply with questions, suggestions and a quotation.
How long does an order take?
It depends on technique, density, quantity and approvals. A monogram or logo is quick; detailed bridal zardozi takes considerably longer. An estimated timeline is confirmed with your quotation.
Can I make changes after work has started?
Small adjustments are often possible early on. Once a design is approved and stitching is underway, changes may affect the timeline and cost, so we confirm every detail at the sampling stage.
How do I approve the design before production?
For most orders we share a sample, swatch or photographs of the work in progress. Bulk orders are only started after written approval of the sample.
